Production Coordinator - Full Time
Hip Hues is seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Production Coordinator, where you'll be instrumental in managing studio operations, preparing for events, and delivering exceptional production quality. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, we welcome your enthusiasm and commitment to making each event a success.
What You’ll Do
The Production Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of events by managing studio operations, organizing pre- and post-event tasks, and assisting with on-site event support. This position contributes to Hip Hues's overall success by maintaining production efficiency and delivering exceptional service to clients and guests.

Responsibilities
Event Preparation:

Burn screens accurately and ensure all designs meet quality standards for upcoming events.
-
Pack and organize materials, ensuring all items are accounted for, properly labeled, and ready for transport.

Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring all materials and equipment arrive at the venue in excellent condition.

Conduct a pre-event checklist to confirm all supplies, tools, and products are prepared and ready.
Production Support:
-
Perform high-quality screen printing and leather stamping on products, adhering to customer specifications and timelines.

Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring all machinery is in excellent working order.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure finished products meet the company's standards and customer expectations.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any production issues that arise.
Event Support:
-
Work onsite at events, providing production services such as live screen printing or leather stamping.
-
Set up and break down equipment and materials efficiently before and after events.
-
Engage with event attendees in a professional and friendly manner, representing the company positively.

Monitor inventory during events and communicate any shortages or issues to the team promptly.
General Duties:

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement efficient production workflows.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to company safety standards.

Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.

Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the production and event teams, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Experience
-
2 years of screen printing experience preferred.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Outgoing and community-oriented, with a passion for connecting and being active in the community.
